Houston Power Washing Pro is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group ("Houston Power Washing Pro," "the line," "we," "us"). It operates houstonpowerwashingpro.com and the phone line (832) 662-4107. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the website, the request form or the phone line, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
Houston Power Washing Pro is a referral phone line, not a pressure washing company. It connects you with an independent local company, which quotes and does any work. That company has its own privacy practices.
Information collected
- Information you give. When you call, the line collects your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, city or ZIP code, and the details you describe about the work you need.
- Request form. When you send the request form on the contact page, it collects your name, phone number, email address if you give one, city or ZIP code, what you need cleaned, and any note you add.
- Call records. When you call, the line keeps your phone number and a record of the call, which may include a summary of what you said to the automated assistant, so your request can be passed along and followed up.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site. This is used to keep the site running and to understand how it is used.
How information is used
- To pass your request to the independent local company handling it, so it can contact you
- To return a call or follow up on a request you made
- To operate, secure and improve the website and phone line
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
The request form
Form requests are stored by the website host, Netlify, and sent to the site owner by text message and email, so the request can be passed to an independent local pressure washing company that calls you back. Form details are not sold. To have a form request deleted, call (832) 662-4107 and ask.
Text messages
If you give a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you may receive messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How information is shared
Your personal information is not sold. When you call or send the request form, your name, phone number, location and the details of the job are shared with the independent local company you are connected with, so that it can contact you and quote the work. Otherwise, information is shared only with service providers that help run the line and website (such as phone, form, hosting and translation providers), and only as far as they need it to do that work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.
Cookies, translation and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies to work properly. If you choose Español in the header, a Google Translate cookie remembers that choice and Google's translation service processes the page text. If analytics are added to the site, this policy will be updated to name them. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.
Data retention and security
Records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the information held, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
