What Houston Power Washing Pro is

Houston Power Washing Pro is a phone line and this website. It does not own a pressure washer. Its job is to answer your call and put you through to an independent, owner-run pressure washing company that works in your part of Houston, one that will come out, look at what needs cleaning, give you a price and do the job.

That company is the one you hire, the one you pay and the one responsible for the work. Houston Power Washing Pro does not quote, schedule or supervise it.

What happens when you call 832-662-4107

1. An automated assistant answers, any hour. The same number also takes roofing and air conditioning calls, so it asks which you need.
2. You say what needs cleaning and roughly how big it is: a driveway, the house, a fence, a roof, a deck.
3. You are transferred to a local pressure washing company, which hears a short summary before it picks up.
4. If they are on a job, your name, number and what you need are passed along for a call back.

What the line will not do

• Give you a price. Cleaning is priced by surface, size and condition, which the company judges in person or from photos.
• Charge you. Houston Power Washing Pro may be paid a referral fee by the companies it connects callers with; you never pay the line.

Hiring well

Texas does not license pressure washing, so ask any company for proof of liability insurance and a written price per surface, and ask whether it will soft wash siding and roofs rather than blast them. The quote guide covers what else to ask.
