Step by step
- An automated assistant answers, day or night. The line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The same number also handles roofing and air conditioning, so the assistant first asks which one you need. Say pressure washing.
- You describe what needs cleaning. The assistant asks what needs cleaning and roughly how big it is. Plain answers are fine: "the driveway and the front of the house," "a two-story house with green on the back," "the storefront sidewalk."
- You are transferred to a local company. Your call goes to an independent, owner-run pressure washing company in the Houston area. It hears a short summary of what you said before it picks up, so you do not start from scratch.
- If the company is out on a job, it calls you back. Your name, number and what you need are passed along so the company can return your call.
- You work things out directly with that company. It may look at photos or come to the property, then give you its own price. If you agree, it schedules and does the work, and you pay it directly.

How the line is paid
Houston Power Washing Pro is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group. It never charges callers. It may be paid a referral fee by the companies it connects callers with. That fee does not come from you and does not change who you are allowed to hire. You are free to get other quotes, and you should choose whichever company you are comfortable with.
Hiring the company well
Because the line does not inspect or guarantee anyone's work, ask the company you talk to the same questions you would ask any contractor: proof of liability insurance, a written price for each surface, and whether siding, roofs and wood will be soft washed rather than blasted.
